WW2 Royal Romanian Army Officer Dagger with hanger . D509

WW2 Royal Romanian Army Officer Dagger with leather hanger. Dagger has eagle head style pommel with red glass eyes. The black bakelite grip is in good condition with 3 rivets holding in place. The lateral ring hole below the eagle’s head is missing the squarish ring that would have attached to a portepee. The nickel-plated blade in overall good condition with some wear spots, no marker marks or logos on blade. Leather hanger/frog is worn, however, overall decent condition. The nickel finished scabbard in nice overall condition. I am not sure if this is German made or Romanian made dagger, however, from what I see from basic design I believe this is a Romanian made dagger. Blade length approximately 5 1/2 inches.
