Our products in the Power Steel family contain 18/12 Carbon Nickel and 2 Molybdenum. 316 stainless steels become more resistant to heat with the addition of Mo. They provide maximum durability compared to 304 grades. The 18 represents the chromium content in the stainless steel (for example, 18% chromium). The second, 12, represents the nickel content (for example, 12% nickel). Higher ratios result in higher corrosion resistance. Our Powersteel product line comes with a 75-year warranty.
