All our cast machine pallet wrap film now comes with the minimum 30% recycled plastic content. 150% stretch film is for pallet wrapping machines that don’t have a power prestretch function. 150% cast machine film is an LLDPE stretch film manufactured with the use of the CAST film extrusion technology. It provides a high quality consistent wrap through standard non stretching pallet wrap machines. This film saves wrapping costs and single use plastic waste by securing pallets with up to 50% less pallet wrap. For every metre of film that comes off the roll it can stretch it to three and a half metres of film to apply to the pallet. The film is designed in such a way that the ultimate holding force is achieved when it is stretched through a PPS or power pre stretch automatic pallet wrapping machine.
